How DadCanDress handles contact details sent with a purchase request.
DadCanDress does not offer public customer accounts, direct checkout, newsletter signup, or advertising analytics on this website.
When you send a purchase request, DadCanDress collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, optional note, and the garments in your bag. I use that information only to answer your request, confirm availability and shipping, and arrange the purchase.
Payment is not collected on DadCanDress. Any payment provider used after confirmation handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
DadCanDress does not sell your contact information. Contact details and the optional note can be removed from a closed request when they are no longer needed. To ask about or request deletion of your information, email hello@dadcandress.com.
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Hosting and related infrastructure may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the service.
When an item page checks availability, it sends the item identifier and catalog version to the DadCanDress API. The availability check itself does not send your contact or payment information.
The private /admin/ application uses Firebase Authentication and is restricted to authorized operators. Administrative access and actions may be logged for security, auditing, and inventory integrity.
If you email hello@dadcandress.com, the message and contact information you provide are used to read and respond to your request. Retention depends on the nature of the conversation and any operational or legal need to keep it.
